The simplest way to find out whether electrochemical marking suits your parts is to mark one — with your own logo or part number, on your own material and surface finish, before committing to a system.

These stencils are made to order from your artwork, the same as any other stencil in the range. Send the file when ordering, at the highest resolution you have.

How they are made

Printed on the EUmark stencil printer from thermal stencil tape. That is the same process you would use yourself once you have a printer of your own, so what you see in the trial is what you get in production.

Quick stencil or photo stencil

Quick stencils are printed and inexpensive. They suit a trial, a prototype or a handful of parts.

Photo stencils are produced photographically. They hold finer detail — small text, thin lines, data matrix codes — and last through a far higher number of marks. That is what you fit when the same mark goes on every part leaving the shop.
