EUmark Set 03 — marking system built for continuous use

Most marking systems arrive with sample quantities. The samples run out during the first real job, and the machine waits on a shelf for a consumables order to arrive. Set 03 is specified to avoid exactly that: the full machine, the 58 mm printer, and six rolls of stencil tape and two marking felts from day one.

Two marking modes

• Black oxide marking — shallow, high-contrast dark mark.
• Deep etch, light marking — recessed, with real depth.

The compact systems (05, 06, 07) run black oxide only. Where etch depth is specified, the full machine is required.

What the P58D printer is built for

Clean text, part numbers, date codes and fine line artwork. QR codes, barcodes and thick strokes should be avoided at 58 mm — for scannable codes, SUPER SET 04 uses the wider printer built for it.

Why six rolls, not one

Sixty metres of stencil tape at a typical stencil length represents several hundred printed stencils — enough that consumables stop being something to track closely for the better part of a year. If Set 02 is the version you try, Set 03 is the version you run.

Step up to SUPER SET 04 for the wider printer, a 108 m tape roll and full 200 ml bottles of every electrolyte instead of the standard fill.

Materials — including aluminium

Any conductive metal is compatible. Aluminium needs a different approach: it oxidises almost instantly on exposure to air, producing a grey rather than dark result, and many alloys contain magnesium and silicon that add further complication. Send us the alloy before you order.
