EUmark Set 05 — compact electrochemical marking system

Set 05 is the smallest, simplest configuration EUmark makes — one machine, one marking mode, built for one job.

What it does, and does not, do

Set 05 produces black oxide marking — a shallow, high-contrast dark mark suited to most identification work: serial numbers, part numbers, logos, asset tags.

It does not produce deep etch. Where a drawing specifies etch depth, the full machine is required — Set 01, 02, 03 or SUPER SET 04. We would rather that be clear before ordering than after.

There is no stencil printer in this configuration. Marking uses long-life photo stencils, produced from your artwork, good for up to 5,000 marks — right for a fixed logo or identifier. Where marking content changes from part to part, Set 06 adds the printer to this same compact machine.

Materials — including aluminium

Compatible with any conductive metal. Aluminium is an exception worth knowing about: it forms a non-conductive oxide layer almost immediately in air, which gives a grey result rather than a dark one, and many alloys contain magnesium and silicon that complicate this further. Tell us the alloy and we confirm the right settings.
