Four fluids, four jobs. The complete electrolyte set covers the full range of work an EUmark system will be asked to do, without deciding in advance which fluid the next part will need.

What each one does

M21 is self-cleaning. One wetting of the felt carries a high number of marks, so the operator is not stopping to wash between parts. This is the fluid for batch runs.

M22 gives the darkest mark in the range and is the fluid for deep etch. The felt has to be washed after use, but where the print calls for etch depth rather than contrast alone, M22 is the answer.

M23 is non-corrosive, for surgical instruments, food-contact tooling and any corrosion-critical hardware. The post-process is a dry wipe, with no neutralising step at all.

N11 Neutralyte is the finishing step after M21 or M22, with a pH indicator that makes the endpoint visible.
